The OTP didn't arrive?
Wait a minute, check spam/junk, then use Resend OTP. Make sure the e-mail address is spelled correctly.
"Certificate not found"?
Double-check each part of the document number. If it still fails, the certificate may not have been issued by Imaglance — contact us to confirm.
Is my data stored?
No. The e-mail and OTP used for verification are automatically deleted within 30 days. We never share them.
